After you have finished registering for The Bubbly Bridal Expo, we want to make sure you secure your spot for a one-on-one session with someone who can help you try on gowns and even purchase one! Use the booking form below in order to reserve your 20 minute time slot with a Bubbly Master.
The event will be held at the Dunkirk Volunteer Fire Department. Parking is free for all. There is limited parking so please arrive as early as possible, but please be aware doors WILL NOT open early and you cannot enter until 15 minutes prior to your appointment!
Don’t worry … the week of the event you will receive a personal email with your specific arrival times and your bridal profile request form.
Your registration will guarantee a spot for a one on one session with someone to help you purchase a gown in a dressing room! Our consultants will only allow you to try on gowns that can actually be altered, fit appropriately and will work for your shape. We DO NOT allow you to “TRY ON FOR FUN” as this can cause damage to the gowns and warrant you to pay for a gown you don’t love. The gown must be within an appropriate alteration range or able to be ordered if it is too small or too large.
Remember bridal sizing can run 1 -4 sizes larger, so DO NOT look at gowns that are your current jean size. A Bridal Profile will be sent to you in advance of the show. Please fill this out so our consultants can best serve you. This helps us stay on time, as we must be mindful of the schedule for the day, especially with cleaning needs due to COVID regulations.
Gowns will range from $350.00 (mostly $500+) to $1,500.00 (some select high end designers in the $1,500 – $3,000 range) each plus Maryland State Taxes. There will be over 350 gowns to choose from but a limited supply of lesser expensive gowns (under $500). All gowns will be well under their retail value, so regardless of price point they are all a great deal.
Please arrive early (but no more than 15 minutes) to ensure you have the availability to look at the gowns. If you do not find a gown, you are more than welcome to make an appointment at Champagne Taste Bridal to choose from over 300 gowns in our boutique at NON-SALE pricing and new arrivals. Your admission fee ($55) will apply to a gown purchase that SAME DAY or you can use it in our IBH Creations & Boutique Pop-Up Boutique that SAME DAY. Otherwise, your admission fee ($55) is NON-REFUNDABLE, even if you do not show up for your appointment the fee will be retained as a revenue loss.
Once you have booked your appointment, there is NO REFUND for non-attendance cancellations. We can instead offer you the $55 credit to IBH Creations & Boutique’s website to be used by the end of the year, as long as you have cancelled your event registration within 7 days of the event. If you cancel inside of the 7 days prior to the event or just don’t show up, your registration fee will be forfeited.
Champagne Taste Bridal, LLC reserves the right to ask any attendee to leave the premises if they are not following proper COVID procedures, being unkind to the sales staff, vendors, other bridal expo participates or participating in any form of horseplay (pushing, shoving, foul language and other activities that may be deemed harmful or unnecessary).
