The event will be held at the Dunkirk Volunteer Fire Department. Parking is free for all. There is limited parking so please arrive as early as possible, but please be aware doors WILL NOT open early and you cannot enter until 15 minutes prior to your appointment!

Don’t worry … the week of the event you will receive a personal email with your specific arrival times and your bridal profile request form. 

Your registration will guarantee a spot for a one on one session with someone to help you purchase a gown in a dressing room! Our consultants will only allow you to try on gowns that can actually be altered, fit appropriately and will work for your shape. We DO NOT allow you to “TRY ON FOR FUN” as this can cause damage to the gowns and warrant you to pay for a gown you don’t love. The gown must be within an appropriate alteration range or able to be ordered if it is too small or too large.

Remember bridal sizing can run 1 -4 sizes larger, so DO NOT look at gowns that are your current jean size. A Bridal Profile will be sent to you in advance of the show. Please fill this out so our consultants can best serve you. This helps us stay on time, as we must be mindful of the schedule for the day, especially with cleaning needs due to COVID regulations. 

Gowns will range from $350.00 (mostly $500+) to $1,500.00 (some select high end designers in the $1,500 – $3,000 range) each plus Maryland State Taxes. There will be over 350 gowns to choose from but a limited supply of lesser expensive gowns (under $500). All gowns will be well under their retail value, so regardless of price point they are all a great deal.

Please arrive early (but no more than 15 minutes) to ensure you have the availability to look at the gowns. If you do not find a gown, you are more than welcome to make an appointment at Champagne Taste Bridal to choose from over 300 gowns in our boutique at NON-SALE pricing and new arrivals. Your admission fee ($55) will apply to a gown purchase that SAME DAY or you can use it in our IBH Creations & Boutique Pop-Up Boutique that SAME DAY. Otherwise, your admission fee ($55) is NON-REFUNDABLE, even if you do not show up for your appointment the fee will be retained as a revenue loss.

Once you have booked your appointment, there is NO REFUND for non-attendance cancellations. We can instead offer you the $55 credit to IBH Creations & Boutique’s website to be used by the end of the year, as long as you have cancelled your event registration within 7 days of the event. If you cancel inside of the 7 days prior to the event or just don’t show up, your registration fee will be forfeited.  

• Please ensure you are adhering to COVID policies for businesses. No fever, no flu-like symptoms, no traveling to hot spot areas or outside of the country within the last 14 days especially, but preferably within the last 30 days, no waiting on test results or having results that are presumed positive. Please … just be safe and honest … it isn’t worth the liability risk.
• Masks are currently required as per state law, but this could change, and we will be socially distanced. We will keep you updated.
• You and your guests will be asked to sign a liability waiver upon arrival … this states that we are not responsible for others who have lied, and you are personally liable for lying. It just isn’t worth it, there are Video Chat options folks!
• DO NOT SHOW UP WITH MORE THAN 6 GUESTS TOTAL … we will tell them to leave. Also, please refrain from bringing children at all, as their safety is most important, and a sample sale can be a little chaotic sometimes.
• If you plan to try on gowns, please refrain from recently being spray-tanned, wearing makeup that easily rubs off or any lipstick colors. These can damage gowns and cause you to have a purchase a gown you don’t absolutely love!
• All vendors that are in our preferred vendor bag will receive a list of the attendees and may use these for marketing purposes.
• Photographs may be taken at the event and by registering yourself and your guests, you permit Champagne Taste Bridal, LLC & Affiliates to use any photographs, without further approval, for marketing purposes through social media and print advertising.
• All gown sales are FINAL, non-refundable, not exchangeable, and not returnable. Gowns are all sold ‘AS IS’. Alteration questions should be asked at the time of the show and will be priced independently by an independent seamstress. Champagne Taste Bridal can offer seamstress suggestions but holds no liability to their work.
• Attendance at this event is done at the attendee’s own risk. It is the responsibility of the attendee to practice safe distancing, proper mask procedures, and hand hygiene. Champagne Taste Bridal, LLC Owner, Staff & Affiliates will be doing their best to ensure a sanitized and safe experience. There is no food or beverage permitted in the facility under current COVID regulations. 

Champagne Taste Bridal, LLC reserves the right to ask any attendee to leave the premises if they are not following proper COVID procedures, being unkind to the sales staff, vendors, other bridal expo participates or participating in any form of horseplay (pushing, shoving, foul language and other activities that may be deemed harmful or unnecessary).
